What to Set Up in Payments

1. Billing for Your Account (Platform Usage)

  • Go to Settings → Billing

  • Under Payments Tab, add your payment card here.

  • This isn’t for your subscription (that’s already active).

  • This card covers extra usage costs like email sends, SMS/phone credits, or add-on features.

2. Payment Integration to Get Paid by Your Clients

  • Go to Payments → Integrations

  • Connect your payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • This enables you to receive payments from your own customers for appointments, invoices, or products.
